• Strong command of visual and communication design principles
• Strong level of craft for storytelling
• Knowledgeable in the social landscape, aware of best practices, how to drive engagement
• Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration
• Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization, teamwork skills
• Authors and shares ideas in a cogent and inspiring manner
• Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture and design
• Ability to prototype visual design work in situation
• A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative / management team—quickly and beautifully

• Experienced in developing and executing a marketing design, and has an advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
• Demonstrates curiosity; keeps up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and resources
• Is motivated and driven, and collaborates well with other creatives and creative producers and cross-functional to solve complex problems with simple solutions
• Has a keen understanding of local market creative and cultural nuances
• Able to work on a global teams, across time zones, date lines and traditional routine
• Able to work in a high-paced environment, juggling multiple projects as once
Additional Requirements:
• 7+ years relevant design experience; plus for time spent at top design or advertising agencies
• Work with Copywriters, CDs and GCDs to ensure all work is consistent across the brand.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling content across our varying lines of business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Web design or equivalent, Advertising degree
• Clear and concise communication and organization skills
• Passionate about the brand and relentless in preserving its authenticity
