Art Director (Beauty) Overview
This role will work with and report to the Sr. Creative Director and closely collaborate with copywriters, the rest of the design team, and other cross-functional partners. This position will be a Hybrid Remote/ On Site position in New York City. 

Art Director (Beauty) Responsibilities:
•              Conceptualize, plan, and execute high impact in store executions for key retailers for new launches and the existing portfolio.
•              Oversee graphics from design to production, including reviewing proofs and providing feedback from all cross-functional teams stakeholders
•              Develop and maintain global brand guidelines 
•              Create planograms (POG), technical drawings & renders 
•              Collaborate with vendors to produce, price and value engineer fixtures, including reviewing prototypes
•              Support special external programs, as well as international affiliates/distributors with locally led projects
•              Partner with creative project management and cross-functional stakeholders on all projects and drive projects to completion
•              Build and maintain any necessary VM files to work most efficiently
•              Oversee the integration of all VM programs onto DAM for worldwide access

Art Director (Beauty) Qualifications / Skills:
•              5+ years of visual merchandising design experience in the beauty industry, preferably Open Sell
•              Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency in SketchUp (or comparable 3D rendering/planogramming software)
•              Extreme attention to detail, competence managing multiple projects under fast-paced conditions with constant shifts of priorities
•              Strong communication skills, including ability to engage with vastly different cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales and operations
•              Knowledge of fabrication/print processes, and experience managing VM vendors
•              Experience working in Monday.com or project management related tool a plus
