24 Seven is partnering with one of their sportswear clients, to find them a Assistant Manager, Digital Planning to join their team this Spring. This person will need to be local to the Portland, Metro Area to partke in the hybrid work model. 

Purpose
Working in close coordination with Digital Planning and Digital Content, the Product Planner will support in creating the assortments and outfits for local content creation. Organization, creativity, and efficiency will be critical within this role. They will review incoming content briefs and make recommendations around product selection, as well as manage the end-to-end process around sample ordering, inventory management of samples, and contingency planning. The ideal candidate is well versed in product styling and production planning, as well as digital touchpoint creative best practices.

Key Responsibilities
-Partner with the Digital Planning team to understand seasonal priorities and activation briefs to help inform product selection and key looks
-Curating and preparing product recommendations for pre-season and in season production and content creation
-Coordinate with the Buying & Planning team to confirm inventory and availability of products to be photographed
-Create unique complete looks aligned with brand standards and business needs, catered to specific campaigns (editorial, off model FTW, trend based, etc.)
-Input on globally curated outfits and ranges based on local needs and priorities
-Organize and schedule sample ordering/delivery according to workflow, including arranging delivery of samples to shoots/agency partners.
-Liaison between x-functional digital teams and agency partners to provide input on ongoing projects/campaign


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-Knowledge of eCommerce business fundamentals: content creation, sales trends, inventory management, shopping patterns, and pricing
-Highly collaborative with strong verbal and communication skills
-Ability to style complete outfits in a creative, consumer first way
-Up to date with latest fashion, sport, and industry trends, including: style, fit, fabric, and brand differentiation
-Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
-Familiarity with Digital / Social creative best practices
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to meet critical deadlines with strong organizational skills and proactive management.
-Ability to work effectively within a team environment and prioritize project/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
-Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office – primarily PowerPoint and Excel.

Minimum Qualifications
-Minimum 2-3 years in digital content creation and/or commercial product styling.
-University degree in business or marketing required (or equivalent business experience), ideally with digital or retail focus.
-Minimum 1 year experience in sports apparel industry
