Job Description:Assistant Tech Designer/Pattern Maker primary responsibility is to manage the development process of seamless garment samples from initial proto graphic design to final fit approval.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create digital designs to bring original garment concepts into fruition and utilize your own artistic passion.
- Delegate sample development process in the departments of Design, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, and Fitting.
- Pattern making seamless styles in a time efficient manner
- Develop Illustrator CADs- Create line sheets for new and/or past developments.
- Photograph new styles on mannequin and managing/archiving internal style libraries.
-Putting away TOP samples and maintaining an organized showroom.
- Maintain active role in weekly Production meetings.
- Communication, collaboration with retail designers/buyers along with team members.
Must have a Degree in Fashion
