Associate Account Executive (Sales)
This is a FT position for a candidate with excellent communication skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for
developing new business and maintaining current accounts with selling and promoting product lines and services, through an
education based sales approach, as well as building and cultivating client relationships while providing exceptional customer
service. This candidate will be reporting to the Regional Account Executive and VP USA Sales, and focusing on the Southern
Region.
Mission:
? Develop and manage new and existing business and services within spas, medi-spas, and resorts.
? Cultivate and build relationships with accounts/ conduct daily calls to clients ensuring the highest level of customer service
is upheld.
? Consult, recommend, and sell product lines.
? Prepare sales orders and invoices.
? Oversight and execution of education training for accounts.
? Provide in-person, and conference call training as needed.
? Contribute to the organization of and participates in Seminars and Workshops.
? Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities.
? Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targeted sales goals as well as new product launch sales goals.
? Answer customers’ questions and resolve concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
? Possess an in-depth knowledge of the Brand’s product offering / understand the features and benefits of each product in the
line.
? Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers.
? Research industry trends through trade publications, internet, and training sessions to develop business knowledge.
? Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.
Profile:
? Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
? 3+ years of relevant sales experience and client services
? Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
? Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
? Effective communication/selling skills through exceptional product knowledge
? Must be willing to travel (30%) and have the ability to stay overnight in company approved accommodations
? Strong Microsoft Suite and Salesforce knowledge, and GSuite and Quickbooks a plus
