One of our small branding agency clients is looking for an Associate Creative Director and Sr. Designer to join their team for either a full-time or contract-to-hire position.
This Associate Creative Director and Sr. Designer must have a strong sense for digital design and strategically led brand/identity systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality, premium design visuals and media.
The Associate Creative Director and Sr. Designer will guide placemaking brand/identity development specific to clients across travel & tourism, destination marketing, hospitality, government, municipalities, etc.
Ideal ACD / Sr. Designer candidates will have:
- At least 5+ years of agency art direction and design leadership experience
- Passionate about design leadership/management and motivated to mentor other art directors, copywriters, designers, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience working closely with clients, ability to inspire and craft meaningful creative/design stories
- Online portfolio showcasing branding/identity experience across print, collateral, interactive, digital, social, and broadcast/video
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced creative agency, studio, or in-house design team.
- Proven management skills and ability to supervise teams and staff across multiple design projects.
