Our client is a leading brand in children's fashion, renowned for its enchanting designs and impeccable quality.Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Associate Designer specializing in 7-16 dresses to join our creative force. We work collaboratively in office 5 days a week to create a new product line for every season.
Associate Designer Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design sportswear and dresses collections in line with brand aesthetics and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to bring designs to life
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offerings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Ensure that designs meet quality standards and production feasibility
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers as needed
- Work closely with Senior Designer
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Fashion, with a focus on 7-16 Dresses
- Proven ability to create innovative and commercially successful designs
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
