Job description

Our client is currently seeking an Associate Creative Director out of agency. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Creative and Associate Director of Copy to lead and grow our clients New-York-based Brand Creative Team.

Must Haves: 
Agency background, Strong Leadership Experience, TV Commercial Production Background. 

Responsibilities:
  • Your main responsibilities will include setting visual design standards across channels, developing innovative video content for brand awareness, and evolving our brand guidelines.
  • As the ideal candidate, you should have experience in developing performance-driven creative across various platforms.
  • You should also be skilled in conceptualizing and executing brand campaigns that encompass paid social media, out-of-home advertising, and TV commercials.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented designers, fostering their professional development, and creating an environment that allows them to produce exceptional work.
  • Your key duties will involve overseeing the development and execution of creative campaigns for growth and brand marketing purposes.
  • You will drive performance marketing assets and channels to new heights while collaborating closely with our in-house studio team on still and video creative projects.
  • Furthermore, you'll ensure projects are on track according to timelines by working cross-departmentally.
  • To excel in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills along with strong leadership-level communication abilities. A background in graphic design or art direction is required along with previous experience being on set for photo shoots and video productions (TV spot experience is a plus).
Requirements:
  • Ideally, you should have at least 7 years' experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand as well as 3 years' experience in a creative leadership role.
  • If selected for this position, your expertise in design software combined with your hands-on approach to work will be invaluable.
  • A dynamic portfolio showcasing your skills in both still imagery and video is highly desirable. Additionally, strengths in visual storytelling through images and videos are essential.
