The Associate Manager of Digital Marketing + Ecommerce
Our client is looking for a go-getter with the passion to grow alongside their brand. You must be collaborative, curious (and ask questions!), creative, data-driven and extremely attention-to-detail-oriented. The day-to-day role will be varied, touching upon, but not limited to: digital campaigns, consumer insights and engagement, ecommerce, managing agencies, along with getting creative with briefs and copy writing.
Manage and support day-to-day Digital Marketing activities, such as: Campaigns across digital channels (ads, emails, website), analyze and build reports/presentations, implement SEO, among others Write and edit content and copy for the digital space—including website, banners, emails, and FAQs, etc. Own and drive the Digital Marketing Calendar Help implement Ecommerce goals and co-manage direct-to-consumer site Assist with Loyalty Program Oversee Customer Care: Communication liaison to Customer Care, keeping the team apprised of updates in the Forecast, Marketing Calendar, FAQs, Messaging Perform ad hoc projects that arise… Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, various agencies, and vendors Storytelling: Bring brand voice and personality to life through digital content across channels
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A GROWTH MINDSET is a must! A self-starter marketer who is proactive and nimble with strong follow-through on projects—and enjoys working in an innovative, team environment Ability to thrive professionally and creatively within a fast-paced, data-driven role Proficient understanding of social and content platforms (Google Certifications, a plus) Shopify and Seller Central experience, a BIG plus (3PL understanding, a plus) Experience in Photoshop or creative brief process, a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of succinct messaging A creative approach to data analysis and content development 3+ years of relevant experience Prefer 4-year college degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work history Passion for Wellness and Personal Care, a plus
