About the Role:

. The Associate Marketing Manager executes value marketing to the customer base of over 30M, with specialized support for the highly promotional programs.

. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will manage day-to-day execution of the programs, receiving programmatic direction and details, translating into creative-facing briefs.

. S/he proactively works cross functionally to support these efforts, prioritizing clear communication, exceptional detail-orientation and consistently high urgency in all tasks.

. Owns in-season briefing, content development & execution of content across site, email & retail placements inclusive of solid partnerships with cross-functional teams including but not limited to: Digital Production, Creative, Styling, Print Production, Program Management, & Merchandising content with a customer focused lens and execute flawlessly to minimize friction at all promo touchpoint

. Aggressively manage in-season changes, adjusting strategy and content as needed and following up with appropriate partners to ensure seamless customer experience

. Participate in final creative validation of  assets across channels

. Manage day-to-day store communications for all

. Event messaging to ensure successful posting for marketing collateral across our 1,000+ stores, as well as maintaining a current repository of all current marketing collateral available to the field 

. Initiate template set-up for pre-season photo planning use by Manager Facilitate initial work order requests for the team for both pre and in-season projects via AirTable

 

Who you are:

. 1-2 years of experience in marketing; content and promotions experience required

. Email & digital marketing experienced strongly preferred

. Dynamic team player who can foster excellent working relationships with cross functional partners from many areas

. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, cool under pressure

. Highly organized and detail oriented

. Proven commitment to deadlines, accuracy, and professionalism

. Strong collaboration & partnership abilities

. Facility with the follow tools strongly preferred: Outlook, AirTable, PageProof

. Retail knowledge & experience strongly preferred
