24 Seven is partnering with one of their top apparel and footwear manufacturer companies based in Portland, OR to find an APLA Operations Associate to join their team in this hybrid role. This is a a full-time salaried position with benefits.Job Description:
- Assist with the Creation of Seasonal tools for Territories
- Work with Territories, Merch ops teams, and marketplace teams on PO creation and maintenance
- Work with territories on order confirmations, dropped styles, and finalized bookings
- Assist with seasonal presentations and follow up with territory questions and requests
- Work with territories on weekly Adds/Drops and file maintenance
- Update and align Geo Team on company's recaps and pilot Progress
- Work to ensure Territories have all digital assets for online readiness
- Weekly reporting scorecard summarizing the business for partnering clients & company's Leadership
- Assist Territory Partners with Visual Merchandising Support
- Work to deliver product samples (or photos) to Territory Teams
- Assist with the creation of Seasonal Calendars and scheduling meetings for Seasonal Line Plan presentations
- Assist with the delivery of the Seasonal Planning processes including seasonal OTB
- Provide partners and leadership teams with seasonal recaps, identifying future opportunities
