We do in-house what most big companies use agencies for, and we pride ourselves on flawless execution in an environment of growth-oriented, omnichannel change. We work collaboratively with our partners in Marketing, IT, Web Design, Web Development and Merchandising to produce a best-in-class online shopping experience visited by almost a million people per day.
 

WE NEED:
We’re looking for an Associate Digital Producer, focusing on promotional marketing and supporting the marketing content pipeline. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Production team, supporting the promotional marketing content needs of the website. You’ll be an expert in the promotional marketing calendar and project pipeline, owning project schedules and tracking to successful launch of marketing collateral across email, desktop and mobile channels. You will also be managing a substantial volume of executional tasks within a fast-paced environment. This Associate will work within a high-visibility space, with flawless execution always at top of mind.
 

Key responsibilities include:
The Associate Producer on the Production team assists in the delivery, scheduling and management of email and website marketing content; the tracking and communication of marketing deliverables; and driving issue resolution and communication related to site tools and functionality. Responsible for the project management of web marketing launches from ideation to execution.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand business goals and requirements for all website and email projects.
• Create detailed implementation schedules for each project and validate/communicate out with needed project resources.
• Ensure graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to spec.
• Clear and effective communication of project requirements across stakeholders and functions.
• Coordinate project activities from various business partners including Merchandising, Marketing, Program Management, Web Development, and 3rd party vendors.
• Ensure project is launched on time and meets initial project requirements.
• Keep management notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
• Drive the review and final sign-off of website and email content; documents feedback and manage any required changes.
• Respond quickly to change in scope or project schedule, communicate to management any impacts to the project and the overall website.
• Act as first line of support for cross-functional teams within brand.com when website and tool production issues occur. Work with Tech Operations and Product Management to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to brand teams.
• Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about brand business processes and systems. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to improve overall efficiency of processes.
• Responsible for various website testing including: marketing content validation, linking QA, browser + device compatibility.

YOU ARE:

A clear communicator with a laser focus on the details. You don't wait to be told what to do next, because you've already identified it. You're totally at home in web tools and interfaces. You know what an HTML tag looks like and maybe what a few of them do. Maybe you've solved a problem once or twice by viewing source on a page.
 

At a minimum, you have:
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Ability to keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
• High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.
• Ability to balance team expectations and priorities.
• Experience with content management systems and a working knowledge of how web content is created and deployed.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
