24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportwear client based in the Portland, OR region to help them find a Benefit Specialist for this hybrid position. This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend or convert to a fulltime salaried position. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, 401K and holiday pay.

The Ideal Candidate: will have 6 months of benefit experience, one year of admin experience as well as solid written and verbal communication and experience in Excel.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the Service Now system including monitoring and administering of the benefit tickets to the appropriate people.  Processing of day-to-day transactions and ensuring accurately and timeliness.  Assist the Benefits Delivery Solutions team with audits, completion of forms, manual entry and ad-hoc requests as necessary. 

Responsibilities:
Administration activities include the following:
-Processing Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
-Enrollment appeal requests
-Daily ticket assignment and processing of manual enrollments
-Complete employee benefit verification request and Medicare forms
-Deliver service excellence to managers and employees by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to their inquiries and transactions
-Review current operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document new processes

Qualifications:
•    1-2 years of Administrative support experience
•    Experience developing practices and processes and driving program results thru project and program execution
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Team player, energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
•    Strong attention to details
•    Able to multitask, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline
•    Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
•    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
•    Working knowledge of HR SAP and/or Workday is preferred 
•    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or equivalent preferred
•    Benefits/health plan experience preferred
