Our client, a multi-brand fashion group, is looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join their team!
Preferred years of experience: 3 to 5 years
This is a freelance position from May through November
What you'll do:
- Responsible for workers compensation, leaves of absence, and 401K retirement plan
- Responsible for coordinating the company’s leaves of absences including Family Medical Leave (FMLA), workers compensation, personal, and other LOA
- Maintains accurate records and reporting of employee leaves in full legal compliance.
- Responsible for administration of 401K plan including auditing files, answering employee questions, reporting, and compliance
- Serve as primary contact with employees and managers
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and DOL requirements
