Brand Designer
Our client is looking for an extremely creative Brand Designer that will collaborate with the Associate Creative Director on development of concepts and execution of designs for new product and sale campaigns across digital, print and social. The ideal candidate will stand out from the crowd and have a passion for developing next-level creative ideas and packaging.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director to:
• Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions across various branded materials,
including but not limited to: email, website content, landing pages, and print work as needed
• Translate approved campaign master creative concepts and layouts into various sizes and formats needed while maintaining the original creative intent
• Always ensure graphics produced support a strong, focused brand vision
• Manage the design of product packaging, including concept presentations (concept decks, mood boards, drawings, renderings, and models)
• Develop and manage all DTO’s and packaging standards from initial layout through proofing and
press checks
• Prepare and check final artwork for primary and secondary packaging before production release
• Adapt quickly to make adjustments and prep files to meet aggressive deadlines
• Attend press runs and other production runs
• Organize and maintain projects and digital archives
What We’re Looking For
• A stunning portfolio of art direction and design
• Strong typography skills and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Indesign a must)
• Experience in one or more of the following: digital campaigns, web design, display ads, print work
• 3-5 years experience in art direction and design
• Creative problem solving in 2D and 3D
• Detail oriented with careful review of work to ensure highest quality control
• A steward of brand strategy, identity, and consistency of the brands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
What Would Be Nice to Have
• Strong experience in Illustrator and Keynote
• Experience with creating digitally native campaigns that convert
• Knowledge of packaging regulations
• Knowledge of packaging process and various print methods
