Job Responsibilities:
- Identifies new product opportunities
- Lead development of new product concepts through launch
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Develop and test concepts based on consumer insights
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution of new product launches
- Work with team to define ongoing pipeline of ideas
- Collaboration with sales strategy for key accounts
- Identifies trends and insights and determines opportunities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of brand management/marketing experience
- 2+ years of innovation experience
- CPG experience a MUST*
- Analytical experience
