Job descriptionOur client, a leader in the music instruments space, is looking for a Brand Strategy Director to join the team.
**This is a HYBRID position located in Morris County, NJ.
Brand Strategy Director Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and craft our differentiation strategy
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to market strategies
- Work with the marketing team on brand initiatives
- Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define our company’s position
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI’s & KPI’s
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar
- Proven ability to develop band and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Interest or experience in music or musical instruments
