Our client, a well-known financial institution, is looking to bring on a freelance Strategic Planning, Business Initiatives Consultant for a 12+ month contract. 40 hours a week and role will be remote and/or hybrid until further notice, but part of the Charlotte, NC team.
The Strategic Planning, Business Initiatives Analyst will:

Responsible for supporting and executing on a variety of programs, services and initiatives.

Frequently accountable for pulling and analyzing of data, and/or creating reports. Examples might include, but are not limited to: process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership/diversity/recognition/Q12 or general program oversight.

Participates in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with functional business partners.

Tracks performance of programs, services and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Adept at process management and relationship management

Possesses critical thinking and problem solving skills

Communicates effectively, including escalation of risks/ issues identified

Action-oriented and results-driven with attention to detail
