This brand designs, markets, and distributes authentic, high-quality innovative and crafted handbags and accessories for women at different channels of distribution around the world.They are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Solutions Architect Manager reporting to our CFO & President.
The Solutions Architect Manager is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for our brand, this includes working with users to identify and define reporting requirements, KPI’s, development and testing of solutions, as well as rollout, training, and support for the reporting tools. This individual will also be involved in data preparation and modeling using the Power BI platform
Solutions Architect Manager Responsibilities:
• Establish an integrated Scorecard / Dashboard BI system across the enterprise
• Implement standard methodologies to ensure dashboard design consistency across all dashboards
• Establish profit and loss statement by sales channel, product category, brand, & major customers
• monthly SG&A reporting and variance analysis and rolling monthly operating reforecast
• Develop BI tools to present weekly / monthly / quarterly forecast review presentations
Solutions Architect Manager Requirements:
• Experience with the NetSuite ERP platform
• Superior Microsoft Power BI technical skills & Advanced SQL and Excel skills required
• Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with pro-forma P&Ls
• 4+ years of recent BI experience with consumer products
• Experience with tier - 1 ERP system, ideally PeopleSoft or Oracle
• Shopify ecommerce platform experience
