The Campaigns Marketing Coordinator will be at the epicenter of the campaigns team. This role is responsible for supporting the Campaigns Managers in campaigns execution as well as overseeing strategic and agile planning processes across campaigns and marketing tools on a global level. You will work with key stakeholders (internal & external) to plan, schedule, prioritize and drive marketing projects from inception to completion.
This role will work with the Campaign Managers in owning the cross-function campaigns planning process across regions to ensure there is fluidity and that all regions are being supported and properly communicated with. Including owning and managing the global campaigns/events calendar and localization process. You will also play a role in managing the global reporting for the Campaigns Team, gauging the success of our programs through working with analytics partners to ensure that performance is looped back into future planning cycles.
. This role will oversee all project management tools, including the onboarding and rollout of Monday.com.
. You will also be an interface between the Video Collaboration Business Group Campaigns team and the activation of product campaigns in regions.

. Cross-functional collaboration is your jam, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Regional Leaders, Campaigns, Events, GTM, Product, Marketing Ops, Creative/Brand, Comms and agency partners.
. Oversee the Global Integrated Marketing Campaign & Event calendars
. Manage the seamless flow of information between cross-functional partners and program project management
. Act as key marketing liaison to distribute project communications to all team members and stakeholders globally
. Maintain schedules, outside resource coordination and vendors, system tools and portals
. Manage Monday.com boards: updating owners, status, cloning project boards, uploading content & links
. Oversee the localization process from planning to execution for the regional marketers and Campaign Managers
. Work with campaign managers to ensure all content is localized and placed on the website
. Track, monitor and reconcile final program costs as needed
. You will partner with the brand team to ensure on-brand assets for campaigns.
. Manage Hyper Local Campaigns Requests Support the team in the execution of global programs and campaigns
. Submit Global Campaign Workfront Requests
. Manage GDrive folder: uploading assets, maintaining organization for easy sharing
. Oversee the sales hand-off for campaigns/programs
. 3+ years of related marketing experience, either in campaign development, field marketing or demand gen
. Experience with Salesforce and Marketo as well as other martech tools
. Ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once with a can-do attitude
. A knack for launching creative campaigns that put Logitech in the driver’s seat for Video Collaboration
. Superior project and time management skills, and attention to detail
. Comfort in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot as needed
. Ability to work comfortably across teams and audiences while representing the GVCC organization with integrity
