Job description
Our client, a communications company is looking for a Client Manager to join their team to help them to maximize their delivery of their communications platform to clients.
In this role you'll be tasked with working alongside the product team to help clients with their experience on the platform. You will be customizing the layout, adding or editing various plugins and capabilities. You'll also be providing the feedback with the product team to continue to help evolve what is offered.
What you'll need:
* 2-3 years experience in a client facing capacity, as an Account Manager or Account Coordinator or Client Manager
* Exemplary Communication Skills written and verbal, especially as it relates to a product
* Regular experience with various computer programs ie. word processing, spreadsheets, research, etc.
* Attention to detail
* Passion and ability to learn new technology
* Hardworking team focus.
