Client Overview:

Our client is a leading global fragrance company that is looking for a Consumer Engagement Manager to join their team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Have knowledge of US media landscape and have contact/relations with key editors
  • Write press releases, pitches for key launches, product send outs, sample coordination
  • Assist in managing PR agency support on key projects
  • Content planning - collaborate with SVP Consumer Engagement, Global Marketing & Sales, license partners and agencies to facilitate/ideate compelling content for organic and paid social media efforts
  • Develop and maintain social communications calendars with marketing/license partners/agencies
  • Coordinate and work with SVP on shoot schedule with photographers, helping on briefs, provide inspiration shots, props, backdrops,
  • Identify and make proposals on key relevant influencers
  • Compile seeding lists
  • Work closely with media buying agency to ensure timelines are being met and advertising strategy is in line with brand Marketing priorities and goals
  • Monitor digital and social advertising campaigns closely
  • Liaison between creative department, marketing and ad agency to produce and traffic ads
  • Partner with sales seasonally to maximize efficiencies and lower costs
  • Meet regularly with marketing teams to ensure that scent approvals across producers
  • Create professional media presentations/ decks to share campaigns with sales team and retailers
  • Budget Management

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of social media/PR experience
  • has a finger on the pulse of current trends & culture
  • Agile, flexible and social media savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
