24 Seven is partnering with a global sports apparel company to help them find a Content Developer/ Instructional Designer to join their team. This is a 12-month contract with a  potential to extend or convert to full-time if it's a good fit with the team. This person will need to be onsite 3-days a week in Beaverton, OR.

Job Description
The Experience Content team creates training experiences for employees in  Stores around the world. We develop curriculums based on business needs and requests from Geo and cross functional partners.

Global NAX Content Developers / Instructional Designers are part of a fast-paced team that develops training content to help stores continuously grow the cultural, service, operational and product knowledge necessary to drive results across Direct.

You will support a variety of training programs, including: onboarding, product knowledge, serving consumers, and store operations. You will write training content, design activities and resources, and work as a thought partner with the extended training team.

You will organize, lead and participate in meetings to gather the right content and translate information into creative and impactful training – both digital and print. A keen sense of inquiry and the ability to distill complex information into its most critical pieces are essential.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop scalable print and digital learning experiences designed around clear, measurable objectives.
• Ensure a service focus is present in all training materials
• Create engaging activities designed to enhance learning experience and evaluate understanding
• Produce high-quality work with proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and cross-functional team members
• Develop subject-matter knowledge and expertise for assigned content areas

Qualifications
• Experience working in a retail store / service environment
• Experience developing and designing training content
• Experience working in a contact center a plus
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to influence across various leadership levels
• Experience with digital/mobile learning tools a plus
• Attention-to-detail, multitasking ability, and desire to excel in a fast-pace environment
• Proficiency with Keynote and Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Business, Adult learning, Instructional Design, English/Writing or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional work experience creating training
