MANAGER, CREATIVE/MARKETING OPERATIONS

Oversee briefing, creative development, shoot logistics, post production and delivery of all 360 assets.

 

About Your Responsibilities

Manage the creative operation workstream

•          Marketing point of contact across internal/external departments

•          Manage the workload & timelines including weekly status of internal creative team and external agencies eg Creative/PR

•          Attend and manage brand creative and marketing meetings. Manage agenda topics for bi-weekly review with CEO.

End-to-End Program Management

•          Own Wrike Project Management Tool including workflows, timelines and project intake

•          Continuously maintain/update project status report leveraging Wrike project management tool

•          Create/update/maintain roadmaps for all marketing programs to ensure tracking towards milestones and clearly communicate and escalate timing risks

•          Understand brand’s marketing calendar, when briefs are due, drive timelines with marketing and review all briefs to ensure strategy is clear and necessary content is included prior to creative agency being briefed.

•          Assist driving concept development and 360 ideation with creative and cross functional teams prior to shoots

•          Partner closely with the creative agencies ensuring they clearly understand project priorities, marketing objectives and timing implications

•          Partner closely with cross-functional teams to input requests, while facilitating and maintaining effective communication from brief to asset delivery

Manage pre-production and shoot prep in partnership with Art Production

•          Assist Sr. Art Director in building shot list in close partnership with performance and other cross functional teams

•          Ensure all cross-functional inputs are accounted for

Manage post-production, providing creative and cross-functional teams timelines and asset deliveries

•          Partner with marketing and relevant cross-functional teams to drive CRQ briefing and next steps

•          Partner with production to develop/recalibrate timelines as needed, continuously communicating updates to cross-functional partners

•          Provide solution-oriented steps if assets if deadlines are in jeopardy and assets are delayed

•          Marketing In-Clinic Management (Corporate Clinics, Franchise Clinics, and Managed Service Offering (MSO) Clinics)

•          Marketing liaison for Corporate Clinics, Franchise Clinics, and Managed Service Offering (MSO) Clinics

•          Marketing creative intake owner for all In-Clinic creative requests

•          Owns In-Clinic Content Management: Lobby Sliders, Digital Content, Flyers, Posters, Window Clings

•          Support and execute brand marketing tasks for New Clinic Openings (NCO) and MSO Openings including pre-opening milestones, grand opening events, and post opening maintenance

•          Marketing NCO, Franchise, and MSO toolkit owner

•          Responsible for NCO, Franchise & MSO project management tracking, updates, & attends weekly meetings

About You

Qualifications

•          Position requires 5+ years of relevant work experience in a creative environment.

•          Strong organizational and project management skills

•          Ability to manage complex 360 programs across an array of consumer channels

•          Ability to self-manage time and work both independently and in partnership with a team

•          Manage assigned projects under tight deadlines

•          Excellent communication skills
