We partner closely with essential business partners to meet talent strategies that are unique to each team. We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco.
About the Job
• Oversee the recruiting life-cycle from end-to-end
• Develop external pipeline for essential roles
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise and teamwork to hire top talent
• Enhance the candidate experience by adopting our "white glove" candidate experience.
• Engage with our social media channels to promote the company as destination for top talent
About You
• 2-4 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition; either agency or in-house experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required
• ATS experience required
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruiting tool
• Experience recruiting for creative disciplines, i.e. Merchandising, Inventory Management preferred
• Passion for the apparel/fashion/lifestyle space
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders to develop a trusted partnership
• Demonstrated experience
