We have a need for a Creative Strategist -  Remote with flex to go to LA office.   We need this person as soon as possible! Interview process is short and sweet. It is just one phone call with the team. We would love to see portfolios!

About The Role

Our client's mission is to delight audiences, inspire action, and drive sales by helping brands create alongside extraordinary human beings. They build authentic campaigns leveraging innovative marketing concepts and relationships to tell our clients’ stories in meaningful ways. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Strategist will be an integral part of the Los Angeles creative team. As a Creative Strategist, you will work collaboratively to guide clients on how to strategically leverage influencer talent, social platforms, and technology to reach target audiences in a creative and cost-effective way.


  • Work with the Creative Team to develop detailed, multi-platform social influencer strategies
  •  Distill client briefs, conduct research, and analysis to develop strategic concepts and plans that address client needs
  • Continue to develop and maintain a strong understanding of the main social media platforms and the latest social/influencer related trends
  •  Create impactful presentations and reports that clearly articulate the key aspects of the strategic plan
  • Ability to clearly communicate and defend the rationale behind the recommended strategy
  •  Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients’ needs. Contribute insights that provide strategic context and elevate the creative team’s work.
  •  Ability to manage a high volume of work
  •  Ability to present concepts and ideas to clients Experience/Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in creative writing, strategy, social media, or other related creative fields
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are a creative and strategic thinker able to connect our client’s goals through a logical approach. You can take a complex concept and present it in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response
  •  Dynamic and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize and be held accountable for multiple projects with fast turnarounds
  • Time management skills
  •  Experience working with influencer related concepts/strategies
  • Understanding of the influencer space, branded content, and the social/digital advertising landscape
  •  Comfortable navigating the nuances of working with a diverse portfolio of clients including but not limited to Automotive, TV/Film, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, CPG, and Gaming, Google Slides, Powerpoint and/or Keynote literacy
