Up to $110k

Our client is looking for an experienced CRM manager to drive the retention strategy for online and offline channels and its growing customer base. The role is responsible for customer lifecycle management and increasing repeat purchases of our customers, as well as the management and improvement of the CRM platform.

•    Own and manage the customer lifecycle and retention strategy across all touchpoints online and offline retail showrooms
•    Work with brand marketing to plan and optimize CRM content for email, SMS, and other direct communication channels
•    Create personalized outbound marketing campaigns and ongoing retention programs
•    Develop a customer segmentation strategy and create audience-specific customer strategies throughout the customer journey
•    Continue to develop the Hubspot CRM platform to improve efficiency and scalability
•    Identify new growth opportunities and enhance the performance of CRM activities through the deployment of data-driven methods and tools
•    Design and implement email and SMS campaigns and retention flows, collaborating with creative teams to develop winning content
•    Utilize data and analytics to improve email performance and customer retention, focusing on customer segmentation, lifetime value, and engagement
•    Define email key metrics, targets, and tracking to gather insights and optimize consumer journey
•    Lead A/B testing strategies to improve email engagement and conversion

•    5+ years experience in CRM and email marketing and automation from a winning DTC brand
•    Highly data-driven and analytical Experience working with creative teams and leading creative briefs
•    Experience with Hubspot is a must
•    Experience managing automated email campaigns and A/B testing
•    Ability to QA/perform an extensive review and optimization of all email campaigns and flows
•    Ability to manage many priorities, demonstrate strong judgment, take ownership and be a team player
•    Exemplary collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to lead by example with stakeholders of all experience levels
•    Deadline-oriented, self-starter and knows how to action constructive critiques and feedback into future projects
•    Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo platforms a plus
•    Luxury e-commerce experience a plus
