Our client is a well-known shoe brand seeking a talented Sr Analyst to join their team.

 

The Sr Analyst is a hybrid role which requires strategic thinking in the retention and customer experience space. The ideal candidate has heavy analytical skills to work with raw data to formulate insights and actions.

Must be highly data-driven and detail oriented, while able to thrive balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Sr Analyst Major Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-house expert on all customer data points to own and maintain a full customer database.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendations
  • Deliver regular campaign reporting across all marketing channels to optimize customer audience targeting and selection
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and measure multi-channel strategies for customer engagement, acquisition, retention and personalization
  • Partner with the Merchandising team to better understand product trends by customer segments
  • Maintain close collaboration with 3rd party vendors and serve as key contact for customer database warehouse
  • Creation of new and/or improved business reports (i.e. client journey, life cycle marketing, RFM etc.)
  • Support both ongoing and ad hoc requests for data analysis

  • Background in database management with minimum 3-5 years in a retail organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report on significant amounts of data with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills
  • Familiarity with email, social, display, POS, in-store marketing strategies
  • Experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Ometria, Emarsys, Oracle, Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.
