Beauty Brand seeking a contract CRM Manager to join the team.You will be responsible for the planning and execution of retention programs with a focus on email and SMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage email and SMS campaigns from start to finish including building and executing emails and text messages. Q&A content & links prior to campaign sends.
• Develop and execute customer segmentation and audience strategies
• Partner with creative team to develop compelling content
• Manage CRM calendars, timelines and maintain updates.
• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams including creative, product, consumer engagement, marketing, and analytics
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM/email marketing
• Experience in the e-commerce space with known consumer brands (beauty, wellness or fashion industry a plus).
• Experience with analytics, CRM software and digital management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication
Contract- 40 hours/week
Hybrid- 2 days in office
Duration 5-7 months
