Job Title: Cross Functional ProducerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cross Functional Producer to join our internal Retail Communications team. In this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing the production of all deliverables for our employee communications vehicles. You will collaborate with various teams including graphic design, copywriting, and presentations to ensure seamless execution of projects and drive a deeper connection between our Retail employees and client.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Owning and overseeing the production process for all deliverables related to employee communications.
- Collaborating with the Communications team to define and improve processes that enhance efficiency.
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and maximizing effectiveness in project execution.
- Navigating daily obstacles that arise from meeting unique requirements of communication goals.
- Fostering community, sparking dialogue, and driving engagement through creative deliverables.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in producing roles.
- An excellent understanding of project management principles, workflows, and systems
- A process-driven mindset and the ability to develop/implement strategies for project success.
- Prior experience in an agency environment is preferred.
- A sharp understanding of creative mediums, including copy and graphic design.
- Strong communication skills, with a patient and composed demeanor.
- A deep understanding of Retail operations, services, and programs.
- The ability to handle directional changes and lead a team managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Experience interacting with and influencing business partners at all levels
