Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to their valued customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring that their needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and efficient assistance.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service, and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations have been met.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and providing feedback to the management team.

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate information to customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations, demonstrating empathy and patience with customers.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and related technologies.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
