Customer Success Manager Overview:

As the Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with customers to discover their business needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use the product to solve them. You’ll also partner with internal teams on customer plans and strategies.


Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:

  • Get to know your customers’ goals and pain points and always put their needs first
  • Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams to become more efficient users of the product
  • Develop knowledge of their product and best-practices; share your knowledge with our customers to help them achieve their goals
  • Prioritize customer engagement to drive retention
  • Prepare, organize, and lead as needed client communication, including emails, calls, meetings, and business reviews with customers
  • Work across departments to develop customer onboarding assets
  • Help drive customer references and case studies


Customer Success Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience at an enterprise grade software company and a conversant knowledge of the SaaS software landscape
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
