Data Entry Coordinator
Location: Must report to the Roslyn, NY at least 3 times a week

Our client is a super trendy tween apparel business!
Data Entry Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assists with order entry with overseas factories
- Helps with sourcing buttons, fabrics and zippers in the US.
- Utilize AIMS to enter data
- Entering customer orders
- Processing credit cards
- Printing shipping labels
- Creating reports
- Managing factory orders
- Sending and receiving purchase orders
- Help with order fulfillment and organization of wholesale accounts
- Advise business decisions based on sales and orders you see coming through
Data Entry Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Ability to go into the office (open to parttime candidates)
- Experience using AIMS or a similar ERP system
- Someone who is smart and tech savvy
