WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Program Specialist for our Partnerships, Programs & Events function within our DEI team. As our Program Specialist, we will embed you deeply in our DEI and representation strategies. We need someone who is passionate about amplifying DEI initiatives with  a deep understanding of program and client management.

This role will serve as a support with high execution, prioritization, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge in D&I, Talent Acquisition, event planning and client management.

 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will help support our go to market strategy for external partner activations related to diversity representation and retention goals. You will serve as a primary contact for internal DEI partners serving recruitment and employee development efforts. You will support the curation of specialized events and programs that serve enterprise DEI objectives and enable business groups to progress on their goals. You will maintain team playbook, updates on best practices, partner profiles & event recaps. To best understand business priorities and needs and incorporate other points of view, you will build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with our employee resource groups.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is embedded in our Partnerships, Programs and Events team within Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. You will work closely with global cross-functional partners including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Employee Resource Groups, Communications, and Business Leaders to drive partnership engagement and program activations. Finally, you will partner with the larger Global DEI team to ensure the strategy is consistent with the broader DEI objectives.

 

WHAT YOU BRING REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

 3 years’ experience in lieu of a degree

Exposure to business strategy in diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent acquisition and partner/event management

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Problem Solving, Interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization and external partners

• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
