Seeking Demand Planner for Rapid Growth Beauty/ Skincare client!

Duties Include:
- Develop data driven analysis of demand in order to generate a forecast at multiple levels for 12-18 months
- Review YOY sales trends, research demand drivers, develop statistical analysis of market and customer trends, produce product mix, and promotion event related analysis
- Identify gaps in monthly and quarterly forecast, especially thru trends, channel inventory
- Communicate risks and opportunities to relevant teams/stakeholders.
- Contribute in managing product lifecycles by working with cross-functional teams in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, product transitions, and EOL strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience, or equivalent experience in Demand Planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) preferred
