Our client is a fashion brand presenting the latest must-have women's apparel.Role Overview: This role will be responsible for flat CAD’s, basic tech-packs, and any other assistance to our designers on the women's bottoms team.
Design Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of apparel design from concept to design and final development of specific classification.
- Assist in all aspects of daily follow-up with our overseas teams and communicate changes.
- Sketching in Illustrator a must
- Excellent Illustrator sketching skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in design studio/ showroom
- Strong follow up and organizational skills
- Understanding of apparel design, fabric, garment construction, and the design process
