Our client, a trendy showroom based in California that is well known for its eclectic selection of modern, vintage & antique furnishings, is currently hiring a Home Interior Sales Associate for their Culver City Showroom.
Every day, you can expect to:
•Perform customer service and operational duties—including by not limited to greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, and guiding sales—with the highest level of quality customer-focus
•Sell design solutions and retail products to high profile clients
•Follow up on lead times and communicate this to the customer
•Create and track quotes in our internal quoting system
•Assist with maintaining showroom appearance for customers
•Maximize sales by growing existing business as well as forging and developing new business
•Ensure company standards are met for the showroom and personal appearance at all times
•Close open sales orders and up-sell key product pieces
•Promote effective relationships with peers, upper management, and the corporate through open and professional communication to keep informed on sales, promotions, and campaigns
•Support and enforce company policies and procedures; including but not limited to health and safety practices as well as standard store and personnel compliance
•Performing other duties as directed by supervisors.
Keys to your success:
•Preferred experience in furniture/design sales
•Demonstrated ability to work within a target driven environment
•Proactive attitude and successful approach with clients
•Eye for design detail with a passion for luxury products
•Top-notch communication skills
