Job description

We’re looking for a Color, Materials, and Graphics Designer to join us in executing the vision for our future; to inspire, ideate and create. As the Designer of Color, Materials, and Graphics you will be part of a team working on the creation of consumer centric, disruptive, innovative product that engages our consumer in the global energy landscape. You’ll be icon obsessed and share our passion for molded innovation. You thrive being part of dynamic, fast-paced, forward-thinking team. You are passionate about culture and understand how music, art, fashion, sport, and street culture collide at the intersection. You love to travel and are curious about the world around you.
What we’re looking for you to do:
• Have a passion for Style, Hype Culture, Sport Culture, and Street Culture.
• A forward-thinking design aesthetic, high taste level.
• Under the direction of the Director of Color, Materials, Graphics, deliver compelling designs that surprise and delight our consumer.
• Deliver concepts, designs, details, materials and technical drawings for all projects in a timely manner.
• Partner closely with product development to maniacally obsess the details and continuously develop new, compelling ideas.
• Partner with Category Management team(s) to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment that meet the global business needs.
• Demonstrate a passion for the most forward-thinking global consumers and brands, turning insight in to action appropriately for the Crocs brand.
Your experience should include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Apparel, or Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with graphic and/or footwear design – sketching, 2D & 3D design program knowledge is a plus.
• Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of construction, patterns and materials.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally.
