Job description
The Designer will work closely with a Copywriter partner, our Production team and the Talent Brand team to create on-brand content for our recruitment channels and help grow our 1,100+ employee base. As a member of the Creative Production Team and reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary group of strategic thinkers, storytellers, designers and brand professionals.
What you’ll get to do:
- Collaborate with other creatives to concept ideas for our career page, university and intern program, social channels and other recruitment outlets
- Develop highly engaging designs to use across a variety of channels— including web, video and social
- Leverage our brand style guidelines in unique ways, while ensuring creative work is on brief, on brand and has an intuitive user experience
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas that help tell the Company's mission and help highlight the employee experience to prospective recruits
- Work alongside creative strategists, brand strategists, performance marketers and production teams throughout the creative process
What we expect:
- A proven knowledge of current digital marketing standard methodologies, including experience, responsive design and performance
- You can handle and prioritize multiple projects from concept to completion
- Someone who can vocalize ideas and your process behind each idea, as well as present to key project stakeholders
- You’re able to seamlessly incorporate user experience standard methodologies in all digital marketing
Qualifications:
- A 4-year degree in Design
- 4+ years design experience in-house and/or agency
- A strong, diverse portfolio of work demonstrating conceptual ideas, marketing, process and solutions
- Strong practice of graphic design principles
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with consumer finance helpful
