Job description

Our retail client is looking for a Digital Analyst who will provide key support across digital, customer insights, performance and brand marketing teams by creating reporting and communicating actionable insights on a regular and ad hoc basis. 

Digital Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Define overall website reporting & analytics KPIs. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance the online customer experience, remove friction within the conversion funnel, reduce session and cart abandons, and improve basket metrics.
  • Maintain the integrity of all digital dashboards within our BI engine (Domo), which you will use to own digital reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Recommend strategies, implement on-site A/B tests and define measurement plans for overarching company goals, including one to one site personalization, rollout of loyalty program, and enhanced site tagging capabilities.
  • Partner cross functionally with a variety of teams, acting as the hub for digital knowledge sharing. Key internal partners will include Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Social teams.
  • Communicate insights effectively in weekly and monthly digital review presentations in addition to ad hoc business meetings across multiple teams in the organization.
  • Execute routine data scrubbing and validation to ensure clean datasets with accurate information is being used across all teams.

Digital Analyst Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail analytics role, preferably in an ecommerce position for a multi-brand retailer
  • Experience with an ecommerce analytics tool, ideally Google Analytics
  • Experience building and maintaining dataset connectors and reports in a BI tool (i.e. Domo, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Monetate, Optimize) and measurement strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong collaborator via remote work tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
