Job description
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Digital Communications Manager with strong leadership skills to be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day strategy, execution and optimization of paid and earned media campaigns and overall digital communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Search and Social Media Platforms - Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and display channels
• Collaborate with content team for upcoming search and social media campaigns
• Work directly with Simple Science team on overall UX / customer journey
• Expert in understanding and executing full-funnel ad strategy
• Expert level knowledge of Google Analytics or other BI Tools
• Expert at managing full-cycle email campaigns using Mailchimp and/or Marketo, including A/B testing
• Knowledge of setting up Attribution Models
• Ability to execute weekly, monthly and ad-hoc style reporting on the fly
• Know and understand digital practices for optimal Paid Search Performance
• Expert at keyword research to improve PPC campaigns
• Ability to build and deploy site tags through Google Tag Manager
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate with the team keeping everyone accountable to project deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree required. Google / Analytics certification(s) a plus.
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• 5+ Social Media campaigns (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• 3+ years experience with email marketing - Mailchimp, Marketo and other email platforms
• 5+ years Paid Search Campaigns (Google Ads)
