Our client is growing and looking to add a Digital Content Specialist to their team contract to hire. This role works collaboratively with the Communications Manager, Marketing Manager and members of the creative services team to publish and maintain compelling content on the club’s website, mobile app, in-club digital displays, email marketing and social media

platforms. This position requires the ability to successfully combine content and functionality to achieve the desired user experience and achieve business goals. This position plays a critical role in collecting, reporting and analyzing metrics and digital analytics to understand the efficacy and reach of digital communications efforts. 
 
Job Duties:
• Responsible for design and maintenance of website, mobile app, email marketing and social media platforms 
• Conceptualize, create, edit, and deploy engaging content across all digital channels
• Coordinate with other digital media contributors throughout the club 
• Maintain content schedule for digital channels and coordinate changes and updates when
needed
• Monitor and manage engagement with members via social media channels
• Monitor and report digital channel metrics and collaborate with others on strategy
• Monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and user engagement and suggest content
optimization. 
• Remain current on popular technologies and trends in social media, digital content management
and other digital applications 
• Conduct content audits on digital media channels and manage updates with program owners and
subject matter experts
• Prepare accurate reports on our digital marketing campaigns overall performance. 
• Oversee and manage special contests, promotions or other digital projects assigned 
• Coordinate with digital marketing vendors and internal technology team
• Adhere to brand and communication policies and standards
• Partner with member committees and other departments to create digital content solutions
 
Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
• Two years previous experience as a social media specialist, digital media and/or digital marketing specialist with a proven record of success 
• Familiarity with web design with hands-on experience in content creation, tracking, and
management 
• Must possess excellent critical thinking, writing and communications skills, be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
