Digital Designer, Paid Media
On-going Contract (May convert to salaried role)
40 hours/week
100% remote
Rate: $40-45/hr
A consumer goods company that was originally featured on Shark Tank in 2016 is growing fast and looking to a hire a digital designer. They are building a suite of products and services to help, combining innovative hardware, software, and subscription solutions
Responsibilities:
Bring marketing campaigns to life across multiple channels, specifically paid media.
Create creative assets from concept or master files, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency for paid media channels and support and collaborate on emails, social media, blog, digital advertising, marketing collateral, and other channels.
Coordinate workflow to internal marketing team and prep files and ensure that specs match the way that vendors need files. Resizing artwork for different media - delivery to multiple channels as needed
Design creative motion graphic animations and static layouts used for paid media.
Manage brand consistency, development and execution of work based on established design systems; has a good eye for details in branding.
Your Experience:
3+ years of experience implementing integrated campaigns, brand guidelines and design best practices
A portfolio that demonstrates proven experience in creating a consistent and comprehensive brand expression across multiple channels, paid media specific is a plus.
Ability to present your work in a clear concise manner and take constructive feedback to use in revisions
Strong technical production skills. Bonus: light and photo retouching skills and animation capabilities
