Job description

A live entertainment advertising agency, is looking for a Digital Director to join their New York team to drive the strategy and effectiveness of their clients’ digital activity.


We are looking for an individual with a passion for live experience and entertainment brands, paired with an expertise in digital across multiple platforms.


Digital Director Responsibilities:

- Serve as the agency’s leading expert in paid digital advertising for all brand and performance advertising campaigns

- Lead strategic conversations internally to translate big picture strategy into execution-level tactics - Present campaigns, digital plans and outcomes to internal teams and clients

-Media briefing, media planning, execution, reporting and special projects

- Advise on strategic opportunities for A/B testing, integration of owned data into campaigns, large digital sponsorships, unique attribution capabilities, landing page testing and other learning

- Lead the agency’s point of view in digital campaign analysis, including the development of KPI’s, benchmarks & overall outcomes

- Translate detailed analysis into the big picture narrative of digital

- Oversee the teams that create and control all Google Analytics accounts, and provide a strong point-of-view on KPIs and audience data


Digital Director Experience:

- 4 - 6+ years experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing

- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Google Analytics, Google AdWords

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a range of personalities

- Love of theatre and the arts a plus
