Job description

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional who is a go-getter, creative, and passionate about digital solutions and health care. As the digital marketing specialist, you will partner with our digital marketing strategist to manage our digital marketing repository, support the maintenance and enhancements to our employer websites and rollout new digital solutions, including the expansion of our new customized video solution. The role reports to the Premier Accounts Marketing Manager and works closely with our Marketing Strategist team located in our Oakland corporate headquarters.

What You’ll do:

-Manage our digital marketing repository

 – Manage day-to-day administration to optimize this solution, including trouble-shooting issues, assisting with the content audit, and publishing both static and customizable marketing assets.

-Manage websites for employers – Partner with the digital marketing strategist to rollout a new website design for over 30 clients, including updating content, layout and design.

-Work with the content team to facilitate the redirect of vanity URLs.

-Implement Google Analytics, and provide reporting of microsite performance on a regular basis.

-Support the development and implementation of acquisition digital strategies – Collaborate with marketing team and cross-functional team to develop, launch, and enhance digital marketing solutions to acquire membership, reduce printed materials and increase digital adoption of sales and account management digital selling tools.

Experience & skills we’re looking for:

• A BA/BS in a related field such as marketing

• 5+ years of marketing experience

• 1+ years of health insurance experience preferred

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/digital tools development

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to use advanced features of Excel and/or Access to interpret key digital campaign metrics

• Good understanding of HTML; experience with video editing and JavaScript desirable.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, detail oriented, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative and marketing teams, account managers, IT and external partners.

• Works independently and is looked to by others for subject matter expertise, direction, and resolution of problems.

• Positive, can-do attitude and not afraid to work hard, be humble, ask questions, learn new things.
