Job description

Our client based in Richmond is looking for a digital media specialist to join their team. The specialist will lead the advertising and marketing efforts and work with internal and agency partners to increase performance within paid advertising.

This opportunity will require being onsite 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage search and PPC advertising on Google and Bing, focusing on new customer acquisition and demand generation
  • Lead Google Shopping & Performance Max to maintain strong feeds and competitive prices
  • Efficiently manage agency partners across major advertising platforms to achieve measurable results
  • Oversee Facebook advertising and organic strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to create powerful content
  • Develop and test strategies for new ad platforms and identify potential channels and plan their integration into the ongoing strategy
  • Collaborate on affiliate marketing to increase brand mentions, product placements, and promotional optimization
  • Optimize all channels to meet ROAS, A/S, margin, and revenue goals
  • Act as the digital advertising expert, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and merchandisers sharing best practices
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate key data and tracking to measure the success of advertising efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or other applicable areas.
  • 3+ years' relevant experience in paid and social media marketing
  • Proficient with Google PMAX, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn SEO tools, bid management, and optimization systems
  • Experience working with marketing agencies: attending meetings, managing deadlines, and giving feedback
  • Familiarity with web analytics and business intelligence tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to track performance metrics
  • Skilled in keyword tactics for SEO and paid search, content writing, and optimizing landing pages
  • Experience with Shopify and/or HubSpot, a plus
