One of our health & wellness retail clients is looking for a Digital Project Manager with strong e-commerce experience to join their team for a contract-to-hire role.

This Digital Project Manager must have experience planning and managing business/technical teams to build project plans, review deliverables, and manage/assign team workflow, project costs, etc.

The Digital Project Manager will define execution plans and approaches based on project scope, timelines, and available budget/resources, as well as project management processes and practices to ensure they are followed.

Ideal Digital Project Manager candidates will have:
- 5+ years of eCommerce and/or IT experience
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience in the digital shopping/ ecommerce space
- Familiar with E-Commerce platforms and related technologies - i.e. BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, SAP Hybris, Elastic Path, etc.
- Familiar with CMS platforms, website search tools, payment gateways and, product Information management (PIM) tools
- Agile certification 
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Detailed organizational skills and ability to manage large scale projects and teams
- Experience working with and managing outside vendors
- Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel
- BA degree or equivalent work experience and training

Responsibilities:
- Work and collaborate with business managers, marketers, product managers, engineers, merchandisers, and designers to coordinate and manage digital projects.
- Lead project discovery workshops
- Lead Scrum meeting cadence, daily standup, sprint planning retrospective and more 
- Collaborate with business, product management, functional partners, and technology leadership in specifying requirements and create continuous feedback loops that allow team to better understand their problems
- Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
- Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies
- Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
- Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
- Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level
- Ensure lessons learned are collected
