We are looking for a Digital Strategist for our digital creative advertising agency client based in Vancouver, WA. Let me know if this is something you might be interested in.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, WA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote each week)

What's a Digital Strategist?
Our Digital Strategists are passionate about driving real results through analytically backed strategy, eager to jump in to support our team and clients across various channels, and curious to learn new trends and move the needle for our clients. Digital Strategists are a core part of our growth department, directly supporting our account managers and clients with planning, presentation, implementation, and feedback on our client's marketing initiatives. They keep their fingers on the pulse of their accounts and guide the work that drives results for our partners. Our ideal strategists are great communicators, have attention to detail, and are truly passionate about innovation around all things digital.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Listen carefully to our client’s business goals to develop, implement, and report on Paid Social, SEM and SEO
  • Be a problem solver and resource for team members.
  • Effectively and actively communicate with internal and partner teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Identify KPIs, Recommend Quarterly Goals, strategize POA.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

A Little About You
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in LinkedIn advertising strategy and campaign management
  • Including audience targeting options, ad formats, analyzing demographics and other results
  • Be proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4
  • You can see the big picture as well as attention to detail on the finer production tasks.
  • You are a great communicator and keep your projects organized.
  • You see process as a guide that you can expand upon
  • You are an excellent problem solver who keeps your cool when challenges arise.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Required Skills
  • Proven working experience in LinkedIn Ads fundamentals.
  • Experience with B2B advertising
  • The ability to analyze, build strategy and report on findings.
  • Expertise in other paid advertising channels (i.e., Google Ads, TikTok and Meta) with demonstrated experience.
  • Ability to develop, write, and present on marketing research.
  • Use of Google Marketing Suite
