They advise on some of the world’s biggest brands on how to market themselves across all media channels, and provide strategic, buying, reporting and optimization services for them to achieve maximum growth
They’ve done this across many product categories including packaged goods, fintech, travel, business to business, food delivery, and entertainment

Digital Strategy Director Job Description
You will be responsible for account leadership for key clients, serving as the client lead
in partnership with the account subject matter experts (Search, Social, Video, Data,
Creative, etc). You lead this team through media planning and execution, including
reporting and optimizations to maximize client value.
You will lead the development of brand insights, and you will use that strategic
intelligence to create innovating and industry-leading solutions for our largest and most
strategic clients and pursuits.

? Building excellent client relationships, serving as the agency’s primary point of
contact to senior client leads through trust and client experiences
? Aligning our ambitions to client goals, prioritizing opportunities to drive long term
value for our clients over short-term wins
? Lead client calls on a weekly basis (with team support)
? Ability to present confidently to all levels of stakeholders, from junior clients to
C-Suite leaders
? Exhibits sound business acumen, strategic skills, creative thinking and analytical
problem solving.
? Development of growth strategies for your clients
? Craft presentation of deliverables that supports the client’s goals
? Owning consumer insights and effectively communicating impact of media
? Demonstrate strategic insight
? Analytical ability to extract insight/actions from data and relate the “story” back to
client’s business goals
? Leading development, planning and execution for marketing growth strategies
? Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns including client relationship
management, ad-serving, optimization, and quarterly business planning
? Build reporting framework (with team support, including data & analytics) that
clearly communicates performance and delivers strategic, creative, and tactical
recommendations to clients based on the findings
? Analyze data, craft insights, and make recommendations internally and
externally.
? Work with cross functional teams to package learnings into case studies, best
practices, and client-facing POVs
? Adding insight and analysis into ongoing reporting to both the client and internal
teams
? Leading and effectively implementing processes & products that scale across a
rapidly growing organization
? Coordinate cross channel initiatives to ensure work is completed on time to
support the overall strategy
