Director Brand Partnerships Overview:

As the Director of Marketing, you will oversee the company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Your responsibilities include developing the overall marketing plan, approving campaigns, and measuring the ROI of various advertising methods.

 

Director Brand Partnerships Overview:

  • Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
  • Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and determine which campaigns were most effective
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
  • Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
  • Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
  • Conceptualize and implement key brand projects to create and communicate the visual brand identity and key storytelling opportunities
  • Manage omni-channel marketing best practices, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, PR, social media
  • Work with the Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and Sales teams to drive the brand vision through all channels and retailers, providing comprehensive materials to lead them to success
  • Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market trends, digital and promotional initiatives, and competitive activity with emphasis on utilizing data to drive action
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness of brand programs

 

Director Brand Partnerships Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in strategic/partnership marketing pertaining to music (or entertainment) industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with added benefit of Adobe software familiarity
  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings
